As an international polyclinic, we know how important it is to be able to communicate in your mother tongue when it comes to medical questions. That is why we are at your side in your language, both on an outpatient and inpatient basis. We are also happy to support you when you are planning your trip or looking for suitable accommodation for you and your family.
In consultation with you, we will provide your general practitioner in your home country with all the information. If you are planning a medical stay with us, we recommend that you bring all important documents with you or send them to us before arrival. You don’t have to translate them.
Do you have a medical report in Spanish and need a translation? No problem! We work together with a translation agency that has granted us special conditions that we are happy to pass on directly to you.

Will you send me my invoice?
No, you will receive the bill from us on site and directly after the treatment.
What happens if I have to stay in the clinic longer than planned?
In this case, we will contact your hotel and your tour operator. We support you with flight bookings, patient transfer and your hospital stay until recovery, in consultation with our medical specialists.
Will my insurance cover the costs of the treatment?
In advance, the assumption of the costs should be clarified with the insurance company. We list all therapies and treatments as well as medication and diagnoses in Spanish and German.
I have international health insurance, does it cover my costs?
As a rule, international health insurance covers the costs for emergencies, outpatient advice and a stay in a clinic. We recommend that you clarify this with your insurance company in advance.
